Michael Anthony Robbins (14 November 1930 – 11 December 1992) was an English actor and comedian whose career ran from the 1950s until 1992. He is best remembered as the wonderfully sarcastic Arthur Rudge in On the Buses, but he actually had a substantial career in theatre, television, film and radio.

After leaving school, Robbins initially followed his father into the banking profession, working as a bank clerk in Hitchin.
